  • Requires: The Sims 1 (adapted from The Sims Online) Use this object to earn money. The higher your logic skill, the more you earn. You'll look positively Euclidian in the eyes of your colleagues as you demonstrate theorems and integrate derivatives on this university-grade chalkboard.
  • First bring up the cheat window, then type in the 'moveobjects on' code. Now, save the game, and when that's done, any time you want to regenerate happy fully-green-bar sims, pause the game, select them and delete them. Now press play, and click on thier heads, and they should pop up somewhere, with all of thier bars fully green.

Search for related No-CD & No-DVD Patch

No-CD & No-DVD Patch troubleshooting: The most common problem getting a No-CD/No-DVD patch to work is ensuring that the No-CD/No-DVD patch matches you're game version, because the games exe is changed when a patch update is applied previous versions won't work.

If its an older game you are playing and you are running Windows 7 or Windows 8 it may not work, if you right click the .exe file and choose Properties and then Compatibility you can change this to run in Windows 98/ Windows 2000 etc. You can find more information on the Beginners Help page here

Kate has updated with 160 new items in Sims 1 Walls and Floors

If you've been stuck staring at a plain black screen instead of The Sims 1 since upgrading to Windows 10 then try the following quick and easy fix!

  • Start The Sims
  • Press Ctrl, Alt & Delete together
  • When prompted choose 'Cancel'

    • You should find that the black overlay is now gone and you can play The Sims as normal!

    A few people have also contacted me asking about installation problems under Windows 10 - unfortunately not a lot has changed there - all the old installation problems that happened with every previous operating system are cropping up again. My advice is that if you want to reduce installation related suffering then getting a copy of The Sims Complete collection is preferable to using individual packs.

    Prices are low for second hand copies on Ebay if the full priced Complete Collection is too expensive. Just remember to ask the seller for photos of the shiny side of the discs before you buy if you are in any way concerned about scratched or broken discs!
