Hi,
You say that you tried c7200-adventerprisek9-mz124-20.bin but the error shows c7200-adventerprisek9_sna-mz.150-1.m3.bin, which I am not sure is gonna work.
Be sure to use c7200-adventerprisek9-mz124-20.bin with enough allocated RAM.
Cheers,

The only thing that comes to my mind is it CAN be possible that you try to use IOS for NPE-G2 router. Why?
You told that you use c7200-adventerprisek9-mz124-20.bin. Naming scheme of that image is improper and
Cisco feature Navigator (http://tools.cisco.com/ITDIT/CFN/jsp/Se ... ftware.jsp) knows nothing about that image. It knows ONLY about:
- c7200-adventerprisek9-mz.124-20.T.bin (note about 'T' in name), memory requirements are 256/64
- c7200p-adventerprisek9-mz.124-20.T1.bin (note about c7200p in name as well as 'T1' in name); memory requirement are 1024/256 (four times more!).
There is no IOS 12.4(20) version at all. But 12.4(19) and 12.4(21) exists, as well as 12.4(20)Tx (where x=1 to 6)... AND... there's no 12.4(19)T and 12.4(21)T (!)
If IOS is not taken from trusted source (Cisco website) it can lead to many problems (like yours). Somebody would delete 'T' ('T1', T5' and so on), somebody would delete 'p'... And you will download COMPLETELY different IOS...
Try to increase memory to 1024M and start the router...
Besides, try to get c7200-adventerprisek9-mz.151-4.M4.bin (or any 15.1 version) - Cisco Feature Navigator states that it requires 512M of RAM, but starting (in GNS) router with that IOS is possible; I have 70M RAM free (router is configured to have 256M of RAM)

Remake of the question:
Is possible to point from a gns3 router in linux to a loopback interface in windows system emulated by virtualbox?

You can add your VirtualBox machine directly to your topology in GNS3, this should give you the necessary information you need -> http://www.gns3.net/documentation/gns3/ ... emulation/

Did you test VirtualBox from the GNS3 preferences? I ask as there is currently an issue with VirtualBox 4.3 and GNS3. If you do have 4.3, at the moment you'll have to downgrade it 4.2 to use it within GNS3
