The Torchlight 2 Armory site looks like it hasn't been updated with the most recent items. I did find that if you use 'item x' in the console, where x is 323 to 329, you'll get all the Draketalon pieces (there are no level 105 rings; you have to use the rings from the level 99 set). There’s God Mode, cheats to set your level, cheats to set your pet’s level, and a cheat that will spawn every item in the game. However, to the few offline warriors, the ability to play offline and still keep the game interesting day in day out is unmatched. This is where the console commands and cheat codes come in.

After you’ve enable console commands in Torchlight 2, you can use them to spawn items, respect, reset skill points and so much more. Just remember that you should just use them in an offline game save since you will get flagged if you use the cheats in an online game.

How to Enable the Developer Console in Torchlight 2

You will have to update the settings.txt file to activate the console. You can find this file in one of the following folders:

• C:/users/yourusername/My games/runic games/torchlight 2/save
• C:/Users/YourUserName/Documents/My Games/Runic Games/Torchlight 2

Open the txt and look for the line with console: 0

Change it to console: 1

Save the document and launch the game. To activate the console while in the game, hit INSERT on the keyboard.

for example :
“setdifficulty 2” will put you in veteran difficulty. 0 to 3. dont know if NG is 4.
“resetskills” will reset all your skill tree plus reset your skills points available to 0
